Do You Take Insurance?

Yes, we are currently credentialed with the following health plans:

  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial Plans

  • Aetna

  • Geisinger Health Plan (Ashley only)

  • Optum/United Behavioral Health (Ashley only)

  • Mental Health Consultants

  • Allied Trades Assistance Program

If you would still like to work with your insurance plan that we do not accept, your insurance may provide some reimbursement. We can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

How Do I Discover What My Insurance Will Cover?

To determine your coverage, contact your insurance provider and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.

It may also help to mention your clinician’s credentials. Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Other important questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • What is my deductible?

  • What is my co-insurance payment?

  • How many sessions per year are covered?

  • Do I need authorization for visits?

  • How do I submit a superbill?

If you need guidance navigating your insurance benefits, contact us for assistance.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

To cancel a scheduled counseling session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. If cancellation is not given in time, you will be charged $100 for the missed session.

Your Right To Receive A Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, healthcare providers must provide patients without insurance—or those choosing not to use insurance—a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for medical services.

Key points about your Good Faith Estimate:

  • You have the right to receive a written estimate of total expected costs before your session.

  • This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescriptions, and equipment.

  • You must receive the estimate at least 3 business days before your scheduled service.

  • If you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you can dispute the charges.

  • Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
