At Brighter Days Counseling, we look beyond the behavior to understand what your child is communicating through it.
We consider their nervous system, relationships, developmental needs, experiences, and individual strengths so that therapy isn't about simply changing behavior. It's about helping children feel safe, understood, connected, and supported enough for meaningful change to happen.

Please submit the form to get on our waitlist. When an appointment becomes available we will call you to discuss options. We do not give wait times as therapy is abstract.
Therapy sessions are roughly 50 minutes long and during the first session, We ask that your child/teen not be present. Without your child present you can openly share what brought your family to counseling and we can explore how we can help.
We respond in 48 hours, Monday through Friday, to calls and emails.
